Fetch is a mobile application for crowdsourced concession delivery at live events held at large venues with assigned seating. The orderers and deliverers are people who are using the app at the same event. During the registration process, a user will select whether they want to use the app to order concessions, deliver concessions, or both.
My name is Michelle Murphy and I came up with the idea for Fetch at an NFL game. While in graduate school at Elon University, I did research to develop the idea, created wireframes, designed the interface, and built prototypes to conduct user testing. This served as my capstone project to complete a Master's Degree in Interactive Media. My final presentation was a high-fidelity, interactive prototype of this application.
The prototyped experience is hosted in InVision and takes users through the app as an orderer.
This document details the functionality, purpose, and development process for this application prototype.
I am an interactive designer and developer currently located in Boston, Massachusetts.
